About this site

This site is where the board publishes information for owners and residents. Everything the association makes public is here: notices as they are issued, the community calendar, the minutes of meetings once they have been approved, and the documents that govern the community.

The aim is that nobody has to ask for something that could simply be published, and that when something does need asking, it is obvious who to ask.

Questions about what the association may do, how the board is chosen, what owners owe and what they may build are answered by the recorded declaration, the bylaws and the rules adopted under them - not by this website. They are published in full under Governing documents , and where anything here and those documents differ, the documents are what counts.
